Ordering and confirmation

Submission of this form is not confirmation of your order. We will contact you via email to confirm your order. A minimum of 2 business days is required for all orders. Orders placed within 2 business days may be subject to a surcharge. Final numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed via email 2 business days prior to pick up/delivery.

Changes and Cancellations

All changes to order must be made in writing via email. Cancellations or reduction in numbers received with more than 2 business days notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations or reduction in numbers received within 24-48 hours of the arranged pick up/delivery time will incur 50% of total cost. Cancellations or reduction in numbers received within 24 hours of pick up/delivery will incur 100% charge of total cost. We reserve the right to not accept changes within 24 hours of pick up/delivery.

Pick up and Delivery

Our catering hours are between 8am-2.30pm Monday-Friday. We exclusively offer delivery to offices within Constitution Place for a flat rate of $15. All orders outside of Constitution Place will need to be picked up from Arc within the 30 minute time frame selected.

Payment

All existing accounts with Redbrick Coffee may request an invoice with a strict 14 day payment term. All other orders must be paid in full at time of pick up.

Servings and packaging

All items are served in biodegradable packaging, unless requested otherwise. Plates, cups and cutlery can be quoted and provided on request. We offer both shared and individual servings for our fruit platters, salads and grazing boxes with a minimum of 4 guests for shared boxes.
